We are a UK based business but ship internationally every day and a significant number of these shipments are to customers in the USA.

Please remember that the quality of our products and the service we provide is, and always has been, our top priority. This page has customer service information specifically for customers in the USA.

Delivery

Standard Airmail

  • Low Cost - This is our most cost-effective service
  • Service - We use UK Royal Mail airmail service for the first part of the journey, which will then be passed onto your local postal service when it reaches the US.
  • No Drop Shipping - Items are sent from our head office in the UK
  • Delivery Time - Please allow a minimum of 20 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us, if you need it sooner please select express shipping.
Express

We have been shipping to the USA for over 10 years and know that you want a fast and reliable delivery service with no additional fees.

  • Express Service - Fully tracked fast and reliable shipping with UPS or DHL.
  • Convenient - Rearrange delivery or collect from thousands of service points.
  • No Drop Shipping - All orders sent from our UK head office.
  • Online Tracking - Mobile app or website tracking and delivery control.
  • Fast Processing - Most orders are sent out within 24-48 hours.

Can Express be delivered to APO (Army Post Office) box addresses?

Unfortunately Express deliveries cannot be delivered to PO, APO, or FPO box address, but you may request the shipment to be delivered to a local DHL Express station or another alternative address.

Pricing

We offer an exchange rate selector and this will give you a very close figure of the cost of your order in US Dollars.  Our products are priced in British pounds (GBP), but you can pay in US Dollars at the exchange rate set by either PayPal or your bank card provider.


Returning Items

If for any reason you feel that the item you have purchased is not suitable, please contact us on the above details within 14 days on the following email address  support@zuludiver.com and our team will give you instructions on how to return your items.
