Our hard working despatch team ship hundreds of orders out every week, to places all around the UK, from our offices here in Tewkesbury. We try to keep things simple in relation to delivery and therefore we only currently have two options.
For a limited time standard delivery is free on all UK orders.
We use Royal Mail for standard UK deliveries and our packages are designed to go through a standard postbox. The reference provided with this is to confirm delivery and a status can be checked once delivery has been attempted or completed.
Once we have sent out your despatch email notification we would normally expect Royal Mail to deliver your order after 1-2 working days, but please understand that it can occasionally take a little longer than this.
Express Tracked Delivery
If you want to get your order a bit quicker, and also want the benefit of full track and trace, we do have a fully tracked express delivery option for you. For this option we have partnered up with DPD, one of the UK's favourite delivery companies, and this shipping service opens up some fantastic in-flight delivery options.

This service is available on any order for a small charge of £4.99 but for orders over £50 it's good news because this delivery option is on us, it's absolutely FREE!
Once we have sent out your despatch email notification the delivery time for this service is next working day (please note this doesn't always include Saturday or Sunday).

If for any reason you feel that the item you have purchased is not suitable, please contact us on the above details within 14 days (this has now been extended to 90 days during the COVID-19 pandemic) and our team will give you instructions on how to return your item to the following address for our office in Tewkesbury.
