How can I get free shipping?
- To qualify for Free Standard Delivery (either by 1st Class Royal Mail in the UK or Standard Airmail Overseas) there is a Minimum spend of £25.00 GBP for the following countries;
- Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Singapore, Sweden, UK and USA.
- To qualify for Free Express Delivery (via a courier service of our choice) there is a minimum spend of £75.00 GBP for customers in the following countries.
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Ireland, Isle of Man, Japan, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, UK and USA.
How Long will it take to receive my order?
- Standard Shipment overseas will be via Airmail and can take up to 28 working days.
- Standard Shipment in the UK will be via First Class Royal Mail and can take up to 10 working days.
- These limits are set by the postal systems and cannot be changed, should you require your order by a certain date we would always recommend selecting express shipment where the option is available.
How do I return my purchase if it’s not suitable?
- Customer service is important to us and we do accept returns of unworn items within 14 working days of receipt of your order (we do consider location). We can offer either an exchange for an item of the same value or we can issue a refund when the item has been returned to us.
- All returns are at the discretion of the Zuludiver team.
- Shipping costs for returns is payable by the customer and we would ask where possible that you use a tracked service.
My order arrived damaged, what can I do?
- Please contact our customer services team on email@example.com with a description of the damage, your order number and images of the problem, your invoice and how the item was packaged.
How long will my refund take?
- Following receipt and inspection of your return we would usually expect refunds to be actioned within 48 working hours pending any unforeseen circumstances, once approved it can take up to 5 working days for funds to appear in your account.
Please be advised these times are guidelines and can be subject to change dependent on seasonality and your banks policies.
Where does my order come from?
- We have suppliers and manufacturers all over the globe but your order will be handpicked, packed and dispatched by our team based at our offices located in the UK.
VAT and Sales Tax:
- VAT (Sales Tax) and exchange rates can affect prices.
- All customers will pay the same prices regardless of their location.
- All orders placed with us are dispatched from our offices here in the UK. Our products are prices in British pounds, but you can pay in your local currency using the exchange rate set by either pay pal or your local bank card provided (in most cases).
- The Exchange rate selection will give you a close figure of the cost of your order however exchange rates can affect prices.
- VAT is paid by us for customers in the UK and EU however orders that are shipped outside of these areas do not have tax paid and this may result in customers being liable for additional import tax. We do not and cannot legally amended invoices for convenience.
- We reserve the right to charge a handling fee in a case that these charges are refused, and the item is returned to us.
